Potret Kehidupan

Allah SWT menciptakan manusia berpasangan dalam suatu ikatan perkawinan. Dari perkawinan tersebut terbentuk sebuah keluarga yang terdiri dari ayah, ibu, dan anak-anak. Dalam kelanjutannya orang tua bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap kelangsungan hidup keluarga, memelihara dan mendidiknya dengan baik, memberi kasih sayang kepada mereka, sebagai tanggung jawab kepada Allah SWT terhadap amanah yang telah diberikan-Nya.
Utamanya tugas seorang ayahlah mencari nafkah untuk menghidupi keluarganya, ibu mengurus rumah tangga, mendidik dan merawat anak-anaknya dirumah. Selain anak juga mendapat pendidikan formal disekolah. Namun pada kenyataannya banyak dijumpai anak-anak yang tidak bisa merasakan hidup layak sebagaimana mestinya. Mereka hidup terlantar tanpa kasih sayang dari orang tua/keluarga, tidak dapat mengeyam pendidikan dibangku sekolah, tidak dapat menikmati hidup sebagai anak-anak yang penuh suka cita, tumbuh dan berkembang sesuai harapan.
Kondisi demikian terjadi karena mereka tidak mempunyai orang tua/keluarga lagi atau karena orang tua telah bercerai. Ironisnya bila mereka masih mempunyai orang tua tetapi malah ditelantarkan, dipaksa bekerja mencari nafkah yang sebenarnya belum menjadi tanggung jawab mereka. Apalagi bila terjadi kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Adanya ketidakseimbangan ekonomi yang semakin lebar menjadi salah satu factor utama penyebab berbagai macam tindak pidana. Dan pihak-pihak yang sering dirugikan akibat hal tersebut adalah perempuan dan anak-anak. Apalagi budaya kita yang sering menempatkan perempuan dan anak-anak sebagai pihak yang lemah. Perempuan termasuk anak perempuan, sering menjadi korban kekerasan karena seksualitasnya sebagai perempuan, mereka sangat rentan terhadap kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh orang-orang disekitarnya, di ruang public, tempat bekerja, bahkan dirumahya sendiri. Prilaku negatif dan menyakiti yang dialami oleh anggota keluarga akan membentuk jiwa anak menjadi tidak baik, anak menjadi stress, pemarah, tidak peduli dengan lingkungan.
Dalam benak mereka yang ada hanyalah kebencian, permusuhan, kekerasan dan tiada kasih sayang.
Sering dijumpai diberbagai tempat seperti di perempatan jalan, lampu merah, angkuatan-angkuatan umum, atau ditempat-tempat sekitar rumah ibadah, anak-anak yang berjualan koran, mengamen bahkan meminta-minta. Tidak sedikit ada anak yang nekat melakukan tindakan kriminal seperti menjadi pencopet dsb, lebih menyedihkan lagi bila anak terjerumus kedalam dunia hitam prostitusi. Mereka tidak lagi memikirkan masa depan, norma-norma dimasyarakat, baik buruknya tindakan mereka. Yang ada dalam pikiran mereka hanyalah bagaimana mereka bisa mendapatkan uang demi sesuap nasi untuk menyambung hidup mereka.
